Audrey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) specializing in Integrated Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She’s the founder of Calmly Centered Therapy and has been practicing in community, clinical, and private practice settings for over 10 years.
