Yes! ​Our goal is to make therapy as inclusive and accessible as possible. To help manage costs, Calmly Centered Therapy accept the following types of insurance:

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes! ​All of our therapists offer telehealth appointments within the state of Illinois. We also offer in-person appointments at our office in Spring Grove, IL.
Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! ​We are accepting new clients. Depending on the therapist you wish to see, there may be a waitlist. However, it is our priority to provide meaningful and timely care, so we'll make sure you aren't waiting long.​
