Avery is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) who incorporates psychodynamic techniques paired with post-modern modalities to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences, develop meaningful insight, and work toward personal growth and healing. She is currently a graduate student in DePaul University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.

You can meet with her in-person at the Calmly Centered office or via telehealth within the state of Illinois.
